Orders placed within the UK are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. They usually arrive within 1-2 business days after being shipped!
☆ International Shipping ☆
We ship worldwide with very few exceptions. Shipping estimates are between 2-6 weeks.
If your order is above the threshold weight, you may receive an email for surplus shipping fees. Please respond in a timely manner to avoid delays to your delivery. If you do not respond, your order may not be dispatched.
★ Delays on international orders should be expected as a result of 1) Industrial Action and Union Workers' Strikes, 2) any natural disasters 3) reduced air transport capacity. ★
We strongly recommend the purchase of tracked shipping for international orders. Once your order is dispatched, Lucky 5tar Studios is not responsible for your mail.
You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties or taxes your government charges you on your package. Lucky 5tar Studios is not responsible for any extra charges. Any damages or losses are at the responsibility of the courier.
In the case of lost parcels, partial refunds (minus shipping costs & transaction fees) can only be guaranteed if a customer chooses Tracked Shipping at checkout. While orders are packed with the utmost care, if any of your items arrive damaged, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us via our site form, email or send us an Instagram DM!
☆ Refunds & Cancellations ☆
Order cancellations are not accepted. We are not able to honour such requests.
Partial refunds (minus shipping and transaction fees) can only be fulfilled with Tracked shipments after a period of 8 weeks from dispatch.
☆ Return Policy ☆
If your order arrives damaged, I can accept a return or a reshipment of your order. While we take all measures to pack orders with the utmost care, we understand mishaps with couriers can happen. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage fee.
Upon inspection, we can offer a partial refund (minus the initial shipping cost and transaction fees) or reship your order.
