☆ Order Processing ☆
Orders can be processed within 2-5 days, however as I am one individual behind Lucky 5tar, please allow 5-12 business days for order processing, especially during busy periods! Any delays will be posted on our Instagram.

Please note, this does not apply to pre-order items which will take longer. 

It is important to double check your details; after submitting your order you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam and contact me via the site form or send me an Instagram DM for any queries!

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Please note, you will only receive a tracking number if you have purchased tracked shipping.

Domestic Shipping
Orders placed within the UK are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. They usually arrive within 1-2 business days after being shipped!

If your order is above the threshold weight for 1st Class shipping, your order will be dispatched via 2nd Class and is expected to arrive withing 2-4 business days after being shipped.

International Shipping
Shipping estimates are between 2-6 weeks. We ship worldwide with very few exceptions: Afghanistan, Israel, Haiti, Syria, Moldova, Yemen.

If your order is above the threshold weight, you will receive an email for surplus shipping fees. Please respond in a timely manner to avoid delays. If you do not respond, your order will not be dispatched.

We strongly recommend the purchase of tracked shipping for international orders. Once your order has left my hands, Lucky 5tar Studios is not responsible for your mail.

Customs & Duties
You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties or taxes your government charges you on your package. Lucky 5tar Studios is not responsible for any extra charges. Any damages or losses are at the responsibility of the courier.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the case of lost parcels, partial refunds (minus shipping costs & transaction fees) can only be guaranteed if a customer chooses Tracked Shipping at checkout. While orders are packed with the utmost care, if any of your items arrive damaged, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us via our site form, email or send us an Instagram DM!

Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final and order cancellations are not accepted.
Partial refunds (minus shipping and transaction fees) can only be fulfilled with Tracked shipments after a period of 12 weeks from dispatch.

Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged, I can accept a return or a reshipment of your order. While we take all measures to pack orders with the utmost care, we understand mishaps with couriers can happen. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage fee.

Upon inspection, we can offer a partial refund (minus the initial shipping cost and transaction fees) or reship your order.
